Facebook Groups for Marketing

Alright, so today I thought I would give you a little bit of insight as to why I created this Facebook group.

And, I guess the selfish side of it, I’m pretty open as far as how I do my marketing and how I approach clients without called outreach sort of stuff.

I’m more than open with all of that. But I want to look at or talk about the idea of value-base selling. And specifically how you do that through Digital platforms.

In this case, we’re specifically looking at Facebook groups, and private Facebook groups.

So the whole reason I guessed that I really started looking into creating a Mars Digital private Facebook group was because it adheres to trick things.

1- I can grow my business through it.
2- I can provide value to people who want value from what I know, my knowledge, my experience. So, the whole idea here is that, I can provide some value to people that may or may not already be clients. And in return, they obviously received value.

But I’m also able to showcase what it is I do, how I do it, why I do it, and then ultimately if there’s something that they do need but can’t do themselves or it’s too in-depth, and they’ll be saying “Ok, yup Mars Digital, they can do this for me”.

They more likely to give a call and say “Hey can you take my money” as supposed to giving somebody else a call that have found the business kind of inside to rid of, offering something into Google.

So, I’ve already made that connection with everybody in this group. And because of that, yes I’m providing value and giving away free information, but I’m more likely to see return later down the track.

Then If I didn’t have this. And that’s why when I’m talking to other B2B businesses.
why I recommend creating a private Facebook group, or if you’re in a service-based business.

So it doesn’t have to be just B2B, it can be a service-based business where your whole service relies more around your knowledge and kind of your own intellectual property as supposed to selling a product.

So, think about it. If you’re providing value through your own knowledge and own experience, create a private Facebook group, invite your clients, invite your customers, give them free information and get them to spread the word about this group. They signup, they add in some information, like added questions there about your business or at least your business name.

And from there I can see the type of people that are in this group. And I can tailor that information to it but, from a selfish point of view, it means I also know which businesses are interested or potentially interested in my services.

So, that’s the whole reason I created a private Facebook group and just wanted to share that with you so if it does actually ring true for you, you are able to do the same and hear pleasy benefit from doing this sort of activity in the future. Thank you.
